Zombie - 1 ounce lime juice, 1 ounce lemon juice, 1 ounce of unsweetened
pineapple juice, 1 dash bitters, 1 1/4 ounces heavy-bodied rum, 1 1/4 ounce of White Rum, 1 1/4 ounces Gold Rum
 Shake well with cracked ice and pour unstrained into goblet, decorate with fruit.


Buckeye Martini - 2 1/2 ounces Vodka, 1/2 ounce dry vermouth, 1 large black olive
Stir well and strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass. Add olive.

Frozen Daiquiri - 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, dash of maraschino liqueur, 1 1/4 ounces light rum
Mix with fine cracked ice in mixer or vigorously by hand. Pour unstrained into champagne saucer. Top with lime wheel. 

Corkscrew - 1 1/2 ounces light rum, 1/2 ounce dry vermouth, 1/2 ounce peach liqueur, 1 slice lime
Shake well and strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass. Add lime slice.

Napoleon Cocktail - 1 dash fernet branca, 1 dash curacao, 1 dash dubonnet, 2 ounces dry gin
Shake well and drain into tall glass.

Martini Cocktail - 1/2- 1 ounce dry vermouth, 2 ounces dry gin
Shake well with ice and strain into Martini glass. Add olive.

Margarita - 1 1/2 ounces tequila, 1/2 ounce triple sec or curacao, 1/2 ounce lemon or lime juice
Shake well with ice. Strain into pre-chilled, salt rimmed cocktail glass. To prepare glass, rub rim with out-side of lemon peel then dip into salt. Shaking off excess. A twist of Lime or Lemon may be added.
